Refund policy

You have a period of 15 days from receipt to return items and receive a refund. All items must be returned in their original condition, not having been used, washed, or altered in any way. In addition, it is essential that all tags remain intact and attached to the product. If you wish to exchange for another size, you must make a return and place a new order.

Free Returns

Returns are free for all orders in mainland Spain and Portugal.

Returns within the EU

The return costs for EU areas, except for mainland Spain and Portugal, will be €10, which will be deducted at the time of refunding the order.

For other countries

If you reside outside the European Union, return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Your items must be sent by mail to our warehouse only, to the following address:

Attention, for returns outside the EU, make sure to specify on the customs form that it is a "return" to get a return with "duties and taxes of freight" (without additional charges). Also, include the original invoices in the return package (if you do not have them, you can request them at info@roade.es, and we will send them to you by email), specifying which items are being returned. We will not assume any customs costs, and in that case, the receipt will be rejected.
