Shipping policy

All our orders are carefully prepared and shipped directly from our headquarters in Galicia, Spain, ensuring attention and care at every step.

Delivery times

Orders are processed the next business day after they are placed, with delivery expected within a timeframe of 48 to 72 working hours for destinations in mainland Spain and Portugal.

For the rest of the European Union, the estimated delivery time ranges from 3 to 5 working days.

These timelines are approximate and may be affected by factors such as holidays, seasonal periods of high volume, payment authorization, or the availability of the selected products.

Preorder Orders

Preorder allows you to purchase a garment in advance at a reduced price, which will be available for shipping on a future date. Information about the estimated shipping day is detailed in the description of each product.

Customs

All customs charges associated with international orders will be borne by the buyer. These expenses vary according to the regulations of the destination country. In case of refusal of the order for not addressing these charges, the shipping costs and any other additional expense will be deducted from the refund.

Failed Delivery

In case delivery cannot be made after two attempts, the courier will proceed to leave your package at the courier office corresponding to your address. In that case, you will receive a notification by email with the information so you can go and pick it up.

If your package has not been picked up within 15 days after being available, we will consider that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, proceeding with the cancellation of the order. We will refund the amount of the products, deducting the transportation costs, within a maximum period of 30 days from the cancellation.
